1. General
All payments made through our website are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are processed only under specific conditions listed below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- A payment was made in error (duplicate transaction).
- The transaction failed, but funds were deducted.
- A verified dispute or unauthorized transaction is reported.
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request within 2 days of the transaction.
- Email csr@graphiteindia.com with the transaction ID and reason.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
4. Non Refundable Transactions
- Payments for successfully completed transactions.
- Convenience or processing fees.
- Any transaction made outside the official website.
5. Disputes
For payment related disputes, contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
